Terms & Conditions
1. General Agreement
By booking a session with Click Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency and fairness for both clients and photographers.
2. Booking & Payments
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date. All payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted in case of rescheduling.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
In case of cancellation, advance payments will not be refunded. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
4. Copyright & Usage
All images captured by Click Photography are protected under copyright law. Clients are granted personal usage rights but may not sell, modify, or distribute the images for commercial purposes without prior consent.
5. Delivery Timeline
Edited photographs and albums will be delivered within 4–6 weeks of the event unless specified otherwise. Delays may occur in case of high-volume bookings, but clients will be informed in advance.
6. Liability
While we take the utmost care during shoots and editing, Click Photography is not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or sudden illness. In such cases, alternative arrangements will be discussed with the client.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients must cooperate during shoots, arrive on time, and ensure that necessary permissions for the venue are arranged in advance. Failure to comply may result in reduced coverage or cancellation of the session.
